This is a very expensive MP3 player without enough information on how what codec to use for uploading video, movies, etc. A waste of money.

I had to send this one back because it was NOT compatible with Rhapsody-to-GO. DO NOT buy this product if you are using Rhapsody!

Neither Amazon nor Creative tells you that this unit is not, nor ever will be, compatible with subscription service music. Even though Creative offers free music from Napster is you buy this unit.
I want to know what Amazon and Creative are going to do for all us suckers. In this society this is a bling doorstop. What were they thinking!?!
