it sucks trust me don’t buy it had it for 8 weeks and the touch screen buttons that change the song gave out and it skips to really different song like for example i wanted to chane to song 5 and it changed it to song 493

im upset because it comes with no instructions on how to work it so i havent been able to use it do i need a card to down load music or what because i tried to down load my computer said it syc the music to the play but it didnt have any music when i went to listen to it and no phone number in how to send it back or question questions about the product
